Las Vegas Entertainment

There are many fun entertainment-based cities in the United States, but there are none quite as popular and well-known as Las Vegas. This is a town that was made for fun, and can be a quick getaway for those who need a quick break from reality. There is so much to do there that you could go back fifty times and not have time to do it all. When you want a night on the town while there, your options for Las Vegas entertainment are almost unlimited. It really depends on who you are, how much time you have, and what your personal tastes might be.

Most think of Las Vegas entertainment as something you find in a casino. For those that like to gamble, this might be just what they want. There is no reason why someone cannot enjoy the full experience of this type of Las Vegas entertainment. There are some great deals you can enjoy, including staying in amazing rooms and getting awesome deals on some very good food. As long as you are not a gambling addict and are prone to losing your shirt, this is one way to enjoy all that Las Vegas has to offer.

The famous hotel chain has a showcase venue in this resort town and caters to visitors who like entertainment and good food. It's also the destination for gamblers, of the fun variety or those who take it more seriously.

The large casino contains a state of the art video arcade, table games, slot machines, poker tables and roulette. It even offers free lessons in the art of playing poker for the uninitiated. Open 24 hours a day, it's the heart of the Las Vegas Hilton. There are plenty of other diversions, including ten restaurants and five eateries where you can buy a snack and coffee. The cuisine is varied and includes Italian, Mexican and Japanese. There are also nine different bars and lounges to relax in.

The 1,600 seat Hilton Theatre plays host to the best in international performers. The current show features Barry Manilow. Kenny Loggins has a date in July and the legendary Tony Bennett is booked to appear in September and November 2008. Star Trek fans also have reason to love the Las Vegas Hilton. The Star Trek Museum is every trekkie's piece of heaven and displays costumes and memorabilia. The world of science fiction and gambling meet at the museum's Space Quest Casino. Business visitors are also welcome and meetings and functions can be hosted at the Las Vegas Convention Center, which connects to the hotel via a Skywalk Bridge.

Guests have a wide choice of hotel rooms and suites and each one has a view of the Strip, mountains, or golf course. Rooms have facilities for voicemail and video messaging, and there is Cable TV, in room movies and video games, and an iron and ironing board. The Las Vegas Hilton provides many services and guests can be pampered in the beauty salon, where you can get a manicure or the spa, where there are a variety of treatments.
